"Dr Benson has been a lifesaver. I have suffered for many years with really bad health anxiety, inasmuch as it has held me back on living life to the full.

I tried acupuncture, hypnotherapy and other recommended methods to resolve it, but nothing worked. I was getting desperate as everyday life was becoming more and more difficult.
